Over the past decade as an award-winning, internationally published professional photographer and certified life coach; Penny has developed a collection of professional development offerings to help fellow photographers and entrepreneurs improve their craft, grow their businesses, and create the lives they want to be living. Her coaching/mentoring business is called Rooted & Risen Coaching.

She offers a broad variety of services, ranging from speaking engagements for creative entrepreneurs & female empowerment, small-class workshops, photography retreats, and one-on-one business mentoring.

Penny is also a leader for the Rising Tide Society, in Juneau. She is proud to support the movement to embrace 'community over competition' among small businesses in her community. If you live in Southeast Alaska- stop by the second Tuesday of each month for some amazing business empowerment!
